We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of technical information that is created automatically when you visit the site.

- Your email address, when you complete the AI Time Freedom Score
- Your answers to the assessment questions and the resulting score and level
- Whether you opted in to receive marketing emails
- Any information you include when you contact us

- IP address
- Basic usage data about how the site is used
If you buy a product, payment is handled by Paddle, not by us. We do not receive or store your card details. See Services we use.
Why we use it
- To calculate and deliver your AI Time Freedom Score result
- To send you the free Starter Kit matched to your result
- To deliver products you have purchased and provide support for them
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you asked us to
- To keep the site working and improve how it performs
We do not sell your personal information.
Email and consent
These are two separate things, and we treat them separately.
Delivering what you asked for. When you submit your email address in the assessment, we use it to send you your result and the Starter Kit. That is the service you requested.
Marketing emails. Educational emails, product news and other ongoing communication are only sent if you tick the separate, optional consent box. It is never pre-ticked, and declining it does not affect delivery of your result or your Starter Kit.
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we sent before.
Services we use
We use a small number of third-party providers to run this website and deliver our services. Each processes data only as needed for its role.
- Netlify — hosts this website and serves its pages
- Tally — runs the AI Time Freedom Score assessment
- Make — passes assessment data to our email system
- Systeme.io — stores contacts and sends email
- Paddle — acts as the seller of record and processes payments for purchases
Each of these providers publishes its own privacy policy covering how it handles data on our behalf.
Where your data is processed
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred out of the EU or UK, our providers rely on their own safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and assessment result for as long as you remain on our list. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from marketing but may keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again by mistake. Records relating to purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails
- Ask us to stop or limit certain processing
- Receive a copy of the data you gave us
To make a request, email us using the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and we choose established providers who do the same. No online service can rule out every risk, so we do not claim that your data is absolutely secure.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
